Guest Lecture on “Criminal Procedure Code” (27/08/2022)

KLE College of Law, Navi Mumbai organised the 2nd Guest Lecture on 27th August, 2022 in pursuance of the Guest Lecture series commenced from the month of August, 2022. The Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 refers to working of the criminal justice system from the commission of a crime, investigation of crime and until the sentence against the accused is passed and the case is closed. The second Guest lecture pinpointed the significance of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and its application. The Hon’ble Guest Speaker for this session was the esteemed District and Addl. Sessions Judge, Shri Krishna G Paldewar, the Addl. Sessions Judge for Panvel District Court, Raigad District.

The session was attended by 120 students from all the classes. Sir expressed his gratitude to the KLE College of Law for giving him this opportunity to interact with the students and faculty. Sir motivated the students to attend the Courts and observe the on-going proceedings. Sir expressed his gratitude towards the Principal Prof. Dinkar Gitte and congratulated for organising the guest lecture successfully.
