Guest Lecture on “Challenges and Opportunities of Legal Profession” (20/08/2022)

KLE College of Law, Navi Mumbai is conducting the Guest Lecture Series commencing from the month of August, 2022. The College organised its first lecture of the Guest Lecture Series on 20th of August, 2022. The lecture mainly focused on the Challenges and Opportunities of Legal Profession. A law cannot really be classified as a “law” unless it imbibes within itself the ideals of justice and equity. It is the lawyer who then brings the case to justice and contrives social engineering in the society. The Hon’ble Guest Speaker for the session was Adv. Shreekant Gavand, Asst. Government Pleader and Addl. Public Prosecutor at the Bombay High Court. He is also the Standing counsel of Panvel Municipal Corporation, Konkan Education Society, Raigad, and Aryan Education Society, Mumbai. Sir delivered a session on the topic “Legal Profession- Challenges and Opportunities.” Sir discussed various challenges that a student can face right from the day he gets enrolled for the course.
