74th Republic Day Celebration
On the auspicious day of 74th Republic Day, KLE College of Law, Navi Mumbai along with the KLE Science and Commerce College and KLE Junior College celebrated the Republic Day with zest and patriotism. There was colour, there was singing and dancing and a full house of faculties and students spectating with zest, honouring the heritage and legacy that has been built on the shoulders of those who sacrificed their life for the glory of this nation.
The occasion was presided over by Prof. Dinkar Gitte (Principal, KLE College of Law, Navi Mumbai), Dr.GhanshamGiri (Principal, KLE Science and Commerce College) and Mr. Ganesh Kumar (Principal, KLE Junior College). They hoisted the flag while everyone stood proud; looked up at the high spirits of the flag and saluted to the splendour of Tricolour.
The gathering was then enlightened by the speeches given by Prof. Dinkar Gitte (Principal, KLE College of Law, Navi Mumbai), Dr.GhanshamGiri (Principal, KLE Science and Commerce College) and Mr. Ganesh Kumar (Principal, KLE Junior College), the speeches were not only about the event and the gallantry of freedom fighters but also talked about the importance of discipline, fraternity, integrity and the need for awareness of law in day-to-day life.
The event was anything but a dull affair, having made even more energetic and lively by the performances of the students from all streams. Students presented group dances, group singing reciting the tales of freedom, independence, soldiers and the ones whose heart bleeds for Mother India.
The event concluded with the distribution of food packets to everyone followed by Photo sessions. We all went home with a wide smile on our faces and pride in our heart for we felt proud to be Indians and proud to be a part of KLE College of Law where the colour of India were celebrated with unity and grandiosity.
