Jail Visit (28/01/2023)
On 28th January 2023, 40 students of KLE College of law visited Taloja Central Prison as part of their extracurricular activity with respect to subjects like criminology, penology and Law of Evidence. Students of 4th year BLS LL.B, 5th year BLS LL.B and 3rd year LL.B participated in this visit. This Visit conducted under the guidance of Honorable Principal Prof. Dinkar Gitte and Faculty in charge Assistant Prof Anant Pawar. We thank Mr. U. T. Pawar (superintendent of Taloja Prison) who gave us a wonderful opportunity to explore prison. Students visited Hospital yard, kitchen, radio stations, cells, canteen and administrative office in prison and also interacted with prison officials and cleared all doubts regarding same.
